Terroir

The parcel is on sandy clay, a little calcareous so that wines are less tannic. Soil layers are permeable to a strong root setting up.

 

The landscape is open.  The somehow mild and sunny climate benefit from a good airflow. These conditions favor health and ripening of the grapes.

 

The wines of this plot selection are rather easy to drink.
